ggk22 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the ggk22 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to each clause of these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ggk22 and its users. ggk22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

1.2 About the Platform

ggk22 is an online betting and casino platform offering cricket betting, slots, live casino, and various gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption technology and is committed to ensuring fair play.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the ggk22 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ggk22 may request valid identification at any time to verify age. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts

3.1 Payment Methods

ggk22 currently processes financial transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level. After a deposit is made, it is generally reflected in the account instantly.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in certain cases, additional time may be required for identity verification or security review.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses

3.4 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Any applicable taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the user. ggk22 does not provide tax advice.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

This bonus applies only once, on each user's first deposit. The first deposit must be made within a specified time after registration to claim the bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable
• ggk22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers without prior notice
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and the user's account level. ggk22 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.2 Cancelled Bets

ggk22 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• An event or match is abandoned
• Fraudulent activity is detected in the system
• Irregular issues are identified in a user's account

5.3 Cricket Betting

The following points are important to keep in mind when placing cricket bets on ggk22. Betting markets may include various cricket events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match, bets can be placed on markets such as match winner, top batsman, or total runs.

If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, the outcome of the related bet will be settled according to the applicable rules. ggk22 has no affiliation with any specific team, player, or club.

5.4 Technical Issues

ggk22 will not be held responsible if an internet disconnection or technical issue occurs during gameplay. However, in such cases, ggk22 will attempt to determine the outcome based on server logs. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the stake for that round may be refunded.

6.1 VIP Levels

ggk22 has three VIP levels that offer higher rewards to users based on their regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

6.2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is credited to the user's account at a set time each week. The cashback amount and the method of calculation are determined by ggk22 and may change at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback funds.

10.1 Prohibited Conduct

1. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
2. Betting using software, bots, or automated systems
3. Any manipulation intended to influence game outcomes
